MBA Fellow (full-time)

Leadership Now is seeking full-time fellows who are recent MBA graduates or have equivalent experience (3+ years experience in consulting, finance, tech, product management or similar fields). MBA Fellows are 3-month to 1-year positions and may be considered for full-time employment at the end of the fellowship.  

Fellows will play a critical role in fueling the growth of our innovative membership organization devoted to tackling some of our nation’s greatest challenges. We are looking for fellows with interest and experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Strategy and Innovation 

• Data & Investment Analysis

• Data-Driven Operations Management

• Product Design & Customer Engagement

Internships

Leadership Now is excited to welcome interns who are current college students, eager to contribute to our growth. As we tackle critical challenges in safeguarding our democracy, engaging with businesses, and supporting our membership, we invite talented and passionate individuals to consider joining our team for the summer (and possibly beyond!).
