ESTHER LAWRENCE | IMPACT ASSOCIATE

Esther is an Impact Associate at Leadership Now Project focused primarily on the Women & Democracy Initiative. She previously worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs & Co, advising clients as a member of the Leveraged Finance team in New York City. Prior to her time at Goldman, Esther worked as a research assistant at Harvard Business School and summer analyst at Long Path Partners, a hedge fund based in Stamford, CT.  

Esther studied Economics and History at Harvard University, where she was also a member of the Women’s Swimming and Diving Team.
