Director, Member Development

The Director of Member Development is responsible for growing Leadership Now’s membership base and ensuring every member experiences meaningful value and engagement.

This is a business growth and relationship management role — ideal for someone with experience in membership development, client success, or executive account management. The right candidate will know how to engage senior leaders, manage a pipeline, and scale programs nationally while maintaining a high-touch, trusted member experience.

Director, Candidate Engagement

This role blends political strategy, high-level relationship management, and executional rigor. The Director will lead our Candidates to Watch program, manage engagement with elected officials and aligned partners, support the Future of the Parties committees, and drive fundraising efforts for compelling and action-oriented candidates via Leadership Now PAC.

Manager, Product & Investment

The Product & Investment Manager will provide strategic support in designing and delivering investment products and initiatives, engaging with stakeholders, and measuring the organization’s programmatic goals. This role will encompass product development, project management, financial and impact analysis, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment with Leadership Now’s mission and goals.

MBA Fellow (full-time)

Leadership Now is seeking full-time fellows who are recent MBA graduates or have equivalent experience (3+ years experience in consulting, finance, tech, product management or similar fields). MBA Fellows are 3-month to 1-year positions and may be considered for full-time employment at the end of the fellowship.  

Fellows will play a critical role in fueling the growth of our innovative membership organization devoted to tackling some of our nation’s greatest challenges. We are looking for fellows with interest and experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Strategy and Innovation 

• Data & Investment Analysis

• Data-Driven Operations Management

• Product Design & Customer Engagement
