Rebecca Cooke is running as a Democrat for Wisconsin’s 3rd Congressional District. Raised on her family’s dairy farm in Eau Claire, she returned home after earning a B.A. from the University of St. Thomas to start a retail business and found the Red Letter Grant, which supports women entrepreneurs in western Wisconsin. Appointed by Governor Tony Evers to the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation board, she co-chaired the Entrepreneurship & Innovation Committee. Rebecca’s campaign prioritizes rural economic opportunity, support for small businesses, and health care access, grounded in working-class experience and community service. She’s focused on practical solutions that help families thrive and keep local economies strong.
