Brandon Moore is the Director of Political Talent at Leadership Now where he identifies, advises, and elevates candidates committed to strengthening American democracy.

He is a former U.S. Army aviation officer and Apache helicopter pilot with deployments to South Korea and Afghanistan. He earned a Bronze Star while commanding an Air Cavalry Troop in southeast Afghanistan, where he led combat missions that supported democratic governance and helped foster preconditions for peace.

After leaving active duty service, Brandon joined Connecticut Governor Ned Lamont’s team and implemented workforce and economic development policy. He has built a broad record in state and local politics by managing multiple competitive campaigns, setting fundraising records, and leading field operations that mobilized hundreds of thousands of voters.

Brandon holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MPP from Harvard Kennedy School, and a BS with honors from West Point.
