Brendan Boyle serves Pennsylvania’s 2nd District, building on his service in the Pennsylvania House. Raised in Northeast Philadelphia by immigrant parents, he was the first in his family to attend college, earning a B.A. from Notre Dame and an M.P.P. from Harvard. As Ranking Member of the House Budget Committee, Brendan champions economic fairness, public investment, and working-family resilience.
