Paige Cognetti is the mayor of Scranton, Pennsylvania, where she led the city’s financial recovery and implemented reforms to strengthen transparency and accountability. Previously, she advised the Pennsylvania Auditor General, served on the Scranton School Board, and worked at the U.S. Treasury in the Obama administration.
