Before public service, he served as Illinois Deputy State Treasurer, led anti-corruption initiatives in the Attorney General’s office, and built successful technology ventures. Born in New Delhi and raised in Peoria, he earned a B.S. from Princeton University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
