Jessica Alvarado is the Senior Manager of Business Operations at Leadership Now Project, where she oversees the operational, financial, and membership systems that drive organizational performance.

Jessica began her career on Capitol Hill before developing workforce programs with the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce for companies like YouTube, Snapchat, and Riot Games focused on expanding access to tech careers for underserved graduates. She went on to play an instrumental role in scaling Industrious's national growth model at a time when the coworking industry was being reshaped—helping the company emerge as one of the most durable operators in the space. She later founded a consulting firm specializing in operational strategy and growth for small businesses in Orange County, CA.

She holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego.
