Katherine Cousins is currently the President of Sperry, Keds and Pro-Keds, lifestyle footwear brands owned by Wolverine Worldwide, Inc. Previously, she held a variety of leadership roles at global outdoor and work safety brands, including Timberland, Kodiak, Terra and Work Authority at VF Corporation. Prior to VF, she served as a management consultant at Dalberg Global Advisors in New York and Geneva. She is a co-founding member, board member, and Steering Group Chair of the Leadership Now Project. She is also on the Board of Directors for 1% For the Planet, an environmental giving organization.

Katherine holds a BS degree from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and an MBA degree from Harvard Business School. She also earned a CEP degree from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques in Paris (Sci-Po Paris). She currently lives in Newburyport, MA with her husband, two boys, and dog.
