Prior to Pinterest, she led Support Operations at Meta which included design and operational delivery of customer support for worldwide advertising products, business messaging, creators, media content operations, payment operations, a diverse set of support engineering functions, client data services, and new product support ensuring ship readiness and product market fit. Her team improved the experience of Enterprise level and individual users.

Before Meta, Lisa spent 5 years at Uber, leading both operational and cultural transformation as the Head of Global Support Operations and Chair of Women@Uber. She scaled and optimized a global team of 25,000+ employees and contractors, utilized innovative technology solutions and process improvements on Uber's journey to be IPO ready and achieve profitability. Her impact stems from her ability to innovate unique solutions to complex problems, drive performance and cost improvements, build world-class teams, cultivate strong partnerships and deliver world class customer outcomes. Lisa's customer experience spans numerous verticals, including technology, retail, automotive, transportation, hospitality, financial services, telecommunications, government and healthcare.
